A building that holds two lives at once. The ground floor is a gallery — white, open, commercially coded, with a private office tucked beside it. Above it, a home: mid-century in its bones, full of light, designed for a family of three who needed room to breathe. Sliding grid glass openings, a conversation pit, a bridge that floats above the living area, skylights placed to catch the afternoon. Spaces that know what they are.
